Job Summary :

The Employment Services Manager will manage the day-to-day operations and staff of assigned area and to assist other Employment Managers and Senior Director in leading the assigned areas in accordance with the company mission.

• Salary : $50,000.00 to $55,000.00 based upon years of experience
• Schedule : Monday to Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 00 PM

As part of our team, you will :

Program Development : Develop Employment Services to meet the demanding and ever-changing needs of the individuals’ seeking supports.

Service Delivery : Provide and oversee the delivery of person-centered services that support individuals to achieve their employment goals.

Personnel Management : Supervises staff by clearly identifying roles and responsibilities, enhancing skills, and promoting teamwork.

Financial Management : Assists in creating and monitors budget so that projects are achieved.
