Responsibilities

Hold department meetings as necessary.

Provide customer service, Nexstar and technical training.

Follow and encourage all team members to adhere to Bonfe processes and structure.

Maintain daily numbers and performance logs.

Participate in the On-Call rotation.

Review prior days numbers.

Participate in the daily Operations huddle.

Identify and implement coaching plans as needed.

Conduct Quarterly Conversations.

Participate in the recruiting, hiring and disciplinary processes.
