Key Responsibilities
Manage a team of 12-15 associates providing exceptional customer service
Oversee call center operations, setting performance metrics and ensuring goals are met
Drive employee engagement and accountability while handling escalated situations and process improvements
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated ability to build and lead a motivated team
Proven collaboration skills and ability to influence internal and external customers
Ability to interpret data and analyze trends related to service levels
Effective coaching and feedback skills
Bachelor's Degree or a minimum of 4+ years of prior leadership experience is preferred
