Vice President of Operations

Our client is a rapidly growing company seeking a dedicated Vice President of Operations to enhance their operational strategies and drive continued growth.
This is a high-impact leadership role crucial to the company’s success, requiring proven experience in scaling growth-stage businesses, with a passion for building and improving processes from the ground up.
Reporting to the COO, this position is vital to shaping operational strategy and sustaining growth in a dynamic business environment.
- Lead and manage a comprehensive operations team of 150 members, fostering a culture of collaborative and results-driven work.
- The team includes B2C Sales, supply operations, revenue management / pricing, warehouse and logistics, and field operations.
- Develop and maintain key performance metrics to track departmental efficiency.
- Oversee budget management and fund allocation, ensuring optimal return on investment.
- Shape and develop internal team capabilities through hiring, talent development, and retention.
- This role is 100% onsite, requiring up to 20% travel domestically and internationally.
