About the Role :

We're seeking a compassionate and skilled Speech Therapist to support individuals in achieving clearer communication and improved quality of life. You'll work with patients of varying ages and needs, in a supportive environment that values flexibility, autonomy, and professional growth

Key Responsibilities :

• Assess patients' speech, language, communication, and swallowing needs.
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans.
• Provide therapy to children and / or adults with speech and communication challenges.
• Collaborate with physicians, educators, families, and other healthcare professionals.
• Monitor progress, adjust treatment plans, and document patient records.
• Educate patients and families on techniques to support therapy goals at home.
