Accounting Manager

Robert Half is partnering with a manufacturing company in northern Denver on an Accounting Manager opening. This role will report up to the CEO. This role is 100% in office.

Position Overview : We are seeking an experienced Accounting Manager to lead our accounting team and oversee all aspects of financial accounting for a growing manufacturing company. This role will manage a team of three and ensure accurate, timely financial reporting and compliance with all applicable standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily accounting operations, including general ledger, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and payroll.
• Prepare and review monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls.
• Manage budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop a team of three accounting professionals.
• Coordinate audits and liaise with external auditors.
• Implement process improvements to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain and optimize accounting systems; Sage 100 experience highly preferred.
