• Arizona State License in Radiology (R)
• ARRT Certification in Radiology ARRT (R)
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification by the American Heart Association (AHA) is required
• Must have completed radiology training from an AMA approved school of Radiology
• Must have completed training in the radiology field and have at least 3 years of experience
• Must have expertise to operate teleradiology and fax equipment.
