What’s a typical day as a Warehouse Operations Team Lead? You’ll be :
- Selecting, training, and developing an effective and efficient staff
- Establishing and communicating performance standards and objectives
- Monitoring operations and staff and recommending changes when necessary
- Administering company policies and procedures
- Ensuring employee safety and productivity
- Monitoring work productivity and implementing changes for improvement
- Supervising warehouse operations staff and ensuring efficient flow of product processing
- Providing training and counseling to improve quality and production levels
This job might be an outstanding fit if you :
- Have a college degree (strongly preferred)
- Have experience in warehouse operations or a related field
- Have strong leadership and communication skills
- Are able to work Monday - Friday, 6 : 30 AM - 3 : 00 PM
- Are willing to travel to Plainfield warehouses as needed
