Position Details

• Title : CNA / HHA / PCA
• Location : Herndon, Reston, Chantilly, Sterling, Ashburn, Centreville
• Service Area : Fairfax / Loudoun County
• Schedule : Flexible shifts available day, evening, night and weekends
• Pay : Competitive pay based on experience, with biweekly direct deposit

Key Responsibilities

• Deliver compassionate, professional care in clients homes
• Assist with daily living activities : bathing, dressing, grooming, mobility, and meals
• Monitor and report any changes in client health
• Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable home environment

Requirements

• Current CNA, HHA, or PCA certification in Virginia (or willingness to complete our PCA training program)
• Valid TB / PPD test and First Aid / CPR certification (or willingness to obtain)
• Reliable transportation for travel within Loudoun County
• Excellent communication skills and a caring, team-oriented mindset
