We are currently seeking an IT Specialist to support staff in technical problems in the operation of software, hardware, operating systems, and email.

Job responsibilities include :

• Assist Director of IT in performing system monitoring
• Add, remove, or update user account information
• Analyze and identify potential issues with client computers
• Perform or oversee the installation and configuration of new hardware and software for client computers
• Provide Help Desk support by interacting with internal clients on all levels to resolve IT issues
