Key Responsibilities

Underwrite new business across various lines and sizes of accounts

Document underwriting decisions and communicate coverage advantages to agents

Build and maintain strong relationships with agency staff and manage communications effectively

Required Qualifications

Strong underwriting skills and coverage knowledge for accounts up to $50,000 premium size

Sales orientation with the ability to solicit, qualify, negotiate, and close accounts

Demonstrated commitment to service and relationship building with agents

Knowledge of competition and current marketplace dynamics
