Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Duties :
- Lead and ensure the delivery of high-quality care and services in a safe, efficient manner.
- Direct the center's Infection Control process and participate in the QA / CQI process.
- Manage preadmission assessments, ensuring they are completed promptly.
- Supervise, educate, and coach nursing and caregiving staff, fostering a collaborative and professional environment.
Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Responsibilities :
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and legal requirements.Participate in state / federal nursing home survey processes, writing and implementing plans of correction as needed.Develop and implement in-service and training programs to enhance staff skills.Maintain clinical records in compliance with local, state, and federal laws.Requirements :
On Call Hours within a weekly rotation.Must hold a current Registered Nurse license.Graduate of an accredited nursing school.A minimum of 2 years of experience in a supervisory role within a healthcare setting, preferably as an ADON.Demonstrated leadership abilities and a customer service focus.In-depth knowledge of nursing skills and the ability to understand the therapeutic effects and side effects of all medications administered.Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) Benefits and Compensation :
