RCM Manager

A company is looking for a Manager, RCM.

Key Responsibilities

Ensure daily transactions are balanced, posted, and deposited timely

Act as the RCM liaison between third-party billing partners, patients, and site managers

Monitor performance metrics and collaborate with third-party vendors to meet KPIs

Required Qualifications

3-5+ years of experience in healthcare billing, preferably in radiology and personal injury

Experience with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and Word

Knowledge of Security Policy regarding PHI is required

Bachelor's degree preferred
