This role is responsible for providing support and assistance to the Sales and Service Team. To ensure all mailed forms are actioned as required and all incoming emails are addressed. This role will also assist with any non-personal Membership and new member onboarding requirements.

What you will be doing
Support the branch team to achieve service and operational outcomesManage member enquiries and provide information on Qudos products and servicesResolve member queries and complaints, escalating when requiredActively cross-sell Qudos products and assist with digital banking needsRespond to member enquiries via inbox, online, and phone channelsComplete service interactions using the Qudos Service ModelPerform account maintenance, document handling, and scanningEnsure compliance with internal policies, procedures, and statutory requirementsMeet performance and service standards, completing required training on timePromote a safe work environment and report WHS incidents promptlyConstructively challenge and escalate concerns through appropriate channelsPerform additional duties as directed by Management.What you will bring
