Director of Strategic Execution

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Execution.

Key Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of corporate strategy, M&A, divestiture, and new venture initiatives

Oversee all phases of strategic transactions, including negotiation and post-closing integration

Assess industry trends and develop actionable insights for corporate growth initiatives

Required Qualifications

7+ years of experience in corporate development, investment banking, or private equity, preferably in energy or infrastructure

Proven track record of leading complex transactions and strategic initiatives

Strong analytical, modeling, and valuation capabilities

Leadership experience in managing teams and collaborating across functions

Experience in synthesizing complex analyses into executive-level insights
