Normal Work Schedule : This position is expected to work at minimum the following schedule – Monday through Friday, 8am – 5pm, some occasional evening and weekend work may be required as job duties demand and sometimes overtime may be necessary.
Location and Travel This job operates in an office environment. Travel is primarily local during the business day, although some out-of-the-area and overnight travel may be expected. This is not a remote or hybrid position.
Working Conditions : The ability to remember information such as words, numbers, pictures, and procedures; to listen to and understand information and ideas presented through spoken words and sentences; to communicate information and ideas in speaking and writing so others will understand; and to concentrate on a task over a period of time without being distracted. Sitting for periods of time and looking at a computer, tablet, or phone screen could be required. Time bending, stretching, kneeling, stretching, etc. could occur, lifting up to 15 lbs.
Job Summary
Under the direct supervision of the Employee Success Manager the Talent and Culture Specialist will perform administrative tasks and other essential services to support effective and efficient operations of the organization's human resource department. This position also provides recruiting support for the company and will research, develop, and implement effective recruiting and staffing strategies to attract a diverse pool of qualified and capable talent for the organization. This position will also help with employee relations and culture as well as also aids with and facilitates the other human resource processes for the Company.
