What You Bring to Cambia :

Qualifications :

Strategy & Innovation Associate Consultant would have a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Business, Math, Statistics or related field. Three years of experience in management consulting or healthcare strategy at the analyst level.

Strategy & Innovation Consultant would have a Bachelor's degrees, Master's degree preferred, in Economics, Business, Math, Statistics or related field. Minimum of five years of professional experience in business strategy development, management consulting, healthcare strategy, or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Skills and Attributes :

• Experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, private equity, or corporate strategy
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or other analytical field

The expected hiring range for a Strategy & Innovation Associate Consultant is $78,000-102,000 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 10%. The current full salary range for this role is $78,000-116,000. The expected hiring range for a Strategy & Innovation Consultant is $100,300-135,700 depending on skills, experience, education, and training; relevant licensure / certifications; and performance history. The bonus target for this position is 15%. The current full salary range for this role is $94,000-154,000.
