Schedule : 9 : 00 AM to 5 : 00 PM, Monday - Friday; with on-call evenings, weekends and holidays, as needed.

Facility Information :

• Our facilities are Intermediate Care Facilities for individuals with disabilities (ICF / DD-H and ICF / DD-N)
• Caregiver (DSP) to people supported ratio is usually 1 : 3, sometimes as high as 1 : 1 support
• Nursing caseload typically ranges from 6-15 residents
• Our home sizes are small, including 6-bed and 15-bed facilities
• High-acuity care is limited or prohibited by facility regulations
• Our Immediate Care Facilities provide wound care per licensing requirements, ranging from simple wounds to a maximum of stage I pressure ulcers
• Hospice care is very limited and is provided collaboratively with professional hospice care providers who come to our homes

As a Registered Nurse (RN) you will be an integral part of our team, providing high-quality nursing care and support to individuals with disabilities in our Intermediate Care Facilities (ICF).
