Job Description
Enterprise Application Director is responsible for the overall strategy, management, and optimization of the organization\'s enterprise application portfolio. This includes leadership of product teams across D365, Workday Financials, ServiceNow, .Net Development, Power Platforms, Integrations, iCertis, Retain, and Level 3 Enterprise Applications Support. The role ensures that enterprise platforms enable business objectives, maintain operational excellence, and drive innovation through continuous improvement and integration. The director also serves as a key IT leader in merger and acquisition (M&A) activities, ensuring seamless application integration, data migration, and process alignment. Additionally, the role acts as the technical liaison with Microsoft, driving collaboration, innovation, and maximizing value from the partnership.

The wage range for this role takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. The disclosed range estimate has not been adjusted for the applicable geographic differential associated with the location at which the position may be filled. At Crowe, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the current range is $162,700.00 - $355,700.00 per year.
