Billing Rep (AR)

We hiring for an outgoing and detail-oriented

• Billing Representative
• to support a growing software company. This is a
• 100% remote
• position focused on customer service and billing support.
• Location :
• Remote (Eligible States : CO, FL, GA, ID, IL, IN, KY, MI, MO, NE, NJ, NV, NY, OH, OR, PA, TX, UT, VA, WA, WI, WY)
• Contract :
• 6 months only
• Responsibilities :
• Respond to inbound calls regarding invoices, payments, and account status
• Assist customers in updating account contacts
• Send email communications regarding outstanding balances
• Make outbound calls to follow up on past due accounts
• Process credits using PeopleSoft and maintain accurate transaction records
• Conduct audits between systems to ensure data accuracy
• Qualifications :
• 1-2 years of collections or accounts receivable experience
• 1+ year of experience with Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and email communication
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Experience in a call center environment is a plus
• Work Environment :
• 100% remote
• Equipment provided (must have a Windows 10 device and reliable internet as backup)
• Team-oriented, respectful, and supportive culture
• Schedule :
• Monday-Friday, 6 AM-6 PM Mountain Time
• Shifts may vary (e.g., 6 AM-3 PM, 7 AM-4 PM, 8 AM-5 PM)

The pay range for this position is $20.00 - $22.00 / hr.
