Answer inbound calls and emails with professionalism and empathy
Process policy changes, endorsements, and payments
Provide clients with accurate information and proactive solutions
Support licensed agents with quoting and documentation
Maintain client records with accuracy and attention to detail
Build relationships with clients that result in loyalty and referrals
Requirements
Previous customer service experience (insurance experience a plus)
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal)
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
Ability to multi-task and manage deadlines
Tech-savvy and comfortable with modern software systems
