ARNAZ Automotive Group is a family-owned company founded in 2013, We are a multi-unit Tire & Auto Service retailer dedicated to providing quality service with a unique customer experience that exceeds expectations.

The Sales & Service Specialist is a positive, high-energy, customer-focused position in a fast-paced tire and automotive service facility. This role is primarily responsible for servicing customers by assessing needs, recommending products and / or services, performing entry-level vehicle services, and ensuring customer satisfaction through thorough and timely completion of services

What you'll do :

• Build customer relationships
• Deliver exceptional customer service
• Assist in all aspects of store operations and flex between front / back shop tasks
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks : Tires, Battery, Oil, etc.
• Store operations, opening / closing, inventory, displays- as-needed basis
• Assist in directing the workflow in the service department
• Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks

Qualifications

Retail sales and / or customer service experience

Ability to learn and perform basic vehicle service tasks

Ability to communicate clearly and professionally

Ability to work a flexible retail schedule including weekends, evenings

Valid driver’s license
