6. Collaboration :

  • Work closely with internal teams, including recruitment, operations, and marketing, to ensure seamless client integration and satisfaction.
  • Provide actionable feedback to internal teams based on client feedback and market insights.

Qualifications :

  • A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred.
  • Demonstrated experience in client development, ideally within the healthcare or staffing sector.
  • Thorough understanding of the locum tenens industry and healthcare staffing trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work autonomously and collaboratively within a team.
  • Proven track record of achieving or surpassing sales targets.
