Commercial Construction Senior Superintendent

Job Description

Job Summary : The Senior Superintendent will be responsible for the overall on-site management of commercial construction projects, ensuring they are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This role requires exceptional leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as a comprehensive understanding of all aspects of commercial construction. The Senior Superintendent will serve as the primary on-site representative for Friedrich Watkins of Tampa, LLC, fostering positive relationships with clients, subcontractors, and vendors.

Key Responsibilities :

• Project Leadership & Management :

Direct and supervise all on-site construction activities, including planning, scheduling, logistics, and resource allocation.

Champion a strong safety culture on site, enforcing all company safety policies and procedures, as well as OSHA regulations.

Supervise, mentor, and motivate on-site project staff.

Serve as the primary on-site point of contact for clients, maintaining open and collaborative communication.

Interpret blueprints, specifications, and other construction documents accurately.
