Job descriptionQuality focused with attention to detail and repeatability. Strong mechanical aptitude and basic math proficiency. Effective time management with respect to priorities and deadlines. Ability to follow standardized procedures thoroughly and consistently. Physical capability to stand, bend, twist, and sit for extended periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Good near vision and manual dexterity for precision work. 1-2 years of experience in production, assembly, or manufacturing. Familiarity with common manufacturing tools and equipment, including hand and power tools. Experience reading drawings and travelers. Prior exposure to tube fabrication or sheet metal work is preferred.

A manufacturer of high-purity gas delivery systems seeks a Tube and Sheet Metal Fabricator to build precision components used in complex assemblies. The role supports production by cutting, facing, drilling, tapping, and prepping stainless steel tubing and sheet metal enclosures per engineering documentation and quality standards.
Key Responsibilities :
- Read and follow drawings, travelers, work orders, and procedures.
- Lay out, drill, tap, and punch holes in sheet metal enclosures.
- Cut stainless steel tubing to length using an automatic saw.
- Face stainless steel tubing using a tube facing tool to meet spec.
- Position, align, and adjust components for proper fit and function.
- Complete production paperwork and maintain accurate records.
- Keep the work area clean and safe; follow all safety policies.
