What You Will Do
The CNC Machine Detailer will clean machines according to company standards or specifications.This will include thoroughly washing, buffing and waxing exteriors and vacuuming the interiors of the machines.Performing inspections and keeping complete, accurate records for the various CNC Machines in both the Swiss and Mazak 5-Axis Mills, and Integrex cells.Report issues and / or inconsistencies after all inspections to the Postproduction Manager.Safety is a fundamental part of every job. The CNC Machine Detailer must practice, promote and enable safe working procedures and conditions at all times.ORGANIZER RESPONSIBILITIES / ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
The Organizer will use current work instructions and SOPs to clean and organize various work areas and spaces as assigned by the Postproduction Manager.The Organizer will perform focus on the following areas on an ongoing and systematic basis :OfficesClean and organize the contents of maintenance closetsWorkbenches (top and interior drawers) in all cellsBlasting areaThe facility floor is to be organized where the Organizer follows the philosophy that “there is a place for everything and everything is in its place”. The Organizer should see the Postproduction Manager of Operations if there are questions about any particular item.OTHER DUTIES
Wash and detail the Acero and Altus fleet vehiclesWho You Are
High school diploma required or equivalent experience in mathematics.PreferredCertification or specialized training in one or more of the areas listed above under “Responsibilities and Experience”.Skills & Competencies
Excellent attention to detailBasic mechanical skills and competence with hand and power tools.Three or more years’ experience in one detailing and organizationExtremely intuitive with problem solving and resolutions.Able to work with minimal supervision, both alone and in teams.Must continually promote the vision and mission of Acero with a positive attitude.Willing to work 50 or more hours weekly, and potentially two Saturdays per month.Acero Precision is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer .
