Supply Chain Manager
The Supply Chain Manager (SCM) leads the performance of multiple disciplines within Supply Chain both directly and indirectly. The Manager will develop, implement, and direct policies, practices, and procedures in accordance with command media. The manager will constantly review the staff for continuous employee growth and is responsible for succession planning. The supply chain manager will drive continuous improvement within the function. SCM will lead and manage a team of Supply Chain professionals at various experience levels including but not limited to Manufacturing Production Control, Supply Chain Planning, and Master Production Scheduling for assigned programs. Develop and maintain professional and dependable relationships with both internal and external customers. The Supply Chain Manager is an escalation point and may facilitate coordination with other supply chain functions such as Procurement, Subcontracts, Logistics, etc. SCM will assist in planning, developing, and executing corporate training and organizational development plan for Supply Chain personnel. Other people manager responsibilities include but are not limited to : assessing staffing levels, hiring, terminating, coaching, disciplining and leading a diverse set of employees. The SCM will lead, develop, and implement supply chain strategies for the programs, product lines, and function. This candidate will network with management and team members across the enterprise to drive success.

Full-Time Salary Range : $116419 - $197912
