Wage : Base + Commission - salary will be based upon education, knowledge and yrs. of exp. We provide cell phone allowance, laptop, etc.

Work Schedule : 5 day work week

We're looking for a motivated and knowledgeable Used Truck Sales Consultant to join our team in Kansas City, MO . In this role, you'll generate sales of Used Class 6, 7, and 8 trucks by building strong relationships with owner-operators and fleet buyers. Your ability to understand customer needs and match them with the right truck solutions will be key to your success.

What You'll Be Doing :

  • Own your territory

Build and grow your customer base with new and existing clients

  • Be the expert
  • Guide customers through the sales process with confidence and professionalism

  • Expand your reach
  • Attend trade shows and industry events to build connections and generate leads

  • Drive results
  • Develop and execute strategies to meet and exceed sales goals

  • Follow through
  • Ensure exceptional customer service before, during, and after the sale

  • Stay organized
  • Submit reports, update customer data, and track performance metrics

  • Keep learning
  • Participate in ongoing training to stay ahead of the curve

  • Comfortable using Microsoft Word, Excel, and CRM tools
  • Confident handling multiple projects and customers at once
  • Passionate about the trucking or automotive industry (or ready to learn!)
  • Qualifications :

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
  • 3+ years of automotive, truck sales, or technical service experience preferred
