Pay : $18–$26 / hour + biannual profit-sharing bonus
Schedule : Full-time & Part-time | In-Person

We’re growing fast — and we’re looking for a Phlebotomist / Medical Assistant who thrives in a hands-on, people-first environment where your clinical skills and compassion truly make an impact.
This is a dynamic hybrid position combining phlebotomy, clinical support, and patient-care coordination.
What You’ll Do
- Perform venipuncture and specimen collection safely and accurately
- Prepare, label, and handle lab specimens following all protocols
- Record vitals, patient histories, and treatment details in the EMR
- Assist providers with injections, procedures, and medical treatments
- Educate patients on post-treatment care, supplements, and protocols
- Maintain exam rooms, equipment, and clinical cleanliness standards
- Support front-office duties : patient intake, scheduling, and follow-up
- Manage inventory, supply restocking, and lab materials
- Uphold compliance and privacy standards (HIPAA, OSHA, etc.)
- Provide an encouraging, professional, and compassionate patient experience
Who You Are
Experienced Phlebotomist or Medical Assistant (certified or uncertified)Preferred : Current MA or Phlebotomy certification (CMA, RMA, CCMA, CPT)Proficient with EMR systems and patient documentationDetail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivatedCPR / BLS certified (or willing to obtain within 60 days)Excited to work in a startup-style environment focused on innovation and careNicotine free and able to pass a basic drug testWilling and able to pass a basic background checkWhat We Offer
