The Staff Pad has partnered with one of Colorado’s largest accounts receivable management companies to hire an Account Manager Headquartered in Longmont, this industry leader works with organizations across all 50 states, providing expert support in managing revenue cycles.

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Account Manager to join a growing team. This role is responsible for managing key client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction, and driving revenue growth. You will be the main point of contact for high-value clients, working directly with senior executives to deliver tailored solutions. Key Responsibilities :

• Build and maintain strong relationships with senior-level executives at key accounts.
• Develop and execute strategic account plans to drive client growth and satisfaction.
• Serve as a trusted advisor, offering solutions that align with client needs.
• Monitor account health, identify risks, and pursue opportunities for upselling.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure seamless client experiences.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to support staff.

Requirements

Qualifications :

Salary : $60,000-$65,000k / yr DOE
