Job descriptionAssess / monitor physical, emotional, and psychological needs of patients Create hospice care plans that align with the patient's wishes and goals Direct nursing care : administering medications, treatments, and interventions Provide pain and symptom management Educate and support the patient's family and caregivers Collaborate with interdisciplinary team Maintain accurate and timely documentation Participate in on-call rotation as required by local branch Medical, Dental, Vision insurance Health Savings & Flexible Spending Accounts (up to $5,000 for childcare) Tuition discounts & reimbursement 401(k) with company match Generous PTO Mileage reimbursement Access to wellness and discount programs such as Noom , SkinIO (Virtual Skin Cancer Screening), childcare, gym memberships, pet insurance, travel and entertainment discounts and more!
