for the Senior Director of Product Management - Georgia :
Major goals of this role are to provide leadership, strategic direction, and oversight of the Marine Product Planning functions.
Success will be achieved by working closely with market intelligence, R&D, new product development, product integration, product introduction and product launch teams to ensure KPI's are achieved.

- Experience 10+ years of portfolio management, product planning (current business, future business, communicate data based plans), leadership (managed a team of 5+), Passion for the recreational industries.
- Travel Ability 25%
Responsibilities for the Senior Director of Product Management - Georgia :
- Understand current and future product needs and internal capabilities to build and execute product strategies.
- Lead a team of product managers to research and establish product strategies that align with the overall plans, objectives, and goals.
- Create market data supported project outline materials including business strategies to be used during executive and weekly new product presentations.
- Manage time sensitive projects from design conception through production
- Conduct and review market research and data to inform product strategies
