About the Role

We're looking for a Creative Strategy Lead who knows how to turn complex fintech concepts into high-converting campaigns — someone who's not just great at creative strategy but thrives on driving measurable growth through data-driven creative optimization. If you've scaled performance marketing campaigns for B2B tech companies, you already understand what we need : strategic thinking, analytical rigor, and results.

This is not a traditional creative role. You'll be the strategic lead — developing creative frameworks, managing testing roadmaps, owning campaign performance, and translating complex AI-powered financial technology into compelling narratives that resonate with CFOs and finance teams. We're building foundational internet infrastructure that influences billions of dollars, and we want someone who's driven creative strategy in the same kind of environment. At Niural, we're redefining how companies operate through our AI-native global PEO platform. With 700%+ ARR growth and clients including Tensor and Polygon Labs, this is a high-ownership role on a team that values execution over ego.

Responsibilities

  • End-to-end creative strategy for performance campaigns across Meta, Google, LinkedIn, and emerging B2B platforms
  • Creative testing roadmaps including hypothesis development, test design, and iterative optimization for fintech messaging
  • Translation of complex financial technology concepts into compelling, accessible creative narratives for CFOs and finance teams
  • Landing page and CRO strategy development targeting financial decision-makers with focus on demo conversion and pipeline velocity
  • Cross-functional collaboration between creative teams, media buyers, and CRO specialists for seamless campaign execution
  • Performance analysis across all platforms to identify creative opportunities and optimization areas for B2B metrics
  • Team leadership and mentorship of junior creative strategists, designers, and content creators
  • Creative asset libraries and performance databases for cross-campaign optimization

About You

You’ll thrive in this role if :

  • You have 3-5 years in performance marketing with hands-on media buying experience across major platforms
  • You have a proven track record managing $100K-$500K+ monthly ad spend with consistent ROAS improvements in B2B or fintech
  • You have demonstrated experience in landing page optimization and conversion rate improvement for complex products
  • You have advanced proficiency in Facebook Ads Manager, Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools
  • You possess a strong analytical mindset with ability to translate complex data into actionable creative insights for B2B audiences
  • You understand B2B customer psychology and conversion optimization for high-consideration purchases
  • You have experience developing buyer personas and audience segmentation for enterprise and mid-market customers
  • You have exceptional communication skills with ability to present strategies to C-level executives

  • Background in fintech, SaaS, or B2B technology marketing with complex product positioning experience
  • Experience marketing to CFOs, finance teams, or executive-level decision-makers
  • Account-based marketing (ABM) and personalized creative strategies experience
  • Direct response marketing or performance creative agency background serving B2B clients
  • Knowledge of marketing automation and lifecycle marketing optimization for B2B prospects
