Warehouse Associate Company : Larson-Juhl Location : Kent, WA Employment Type : Full-time Starting Rate of Pay : $20-$22 per hour, based on experience.

Overtime will be required occasionally. Vacation : Bi-Weekly accrual, starting at 2 weeks per year. Our Opportunity Larson-Juhl is offering exciting full-time opportunities for dedicated individuals to join our warehouse associate team in Kent, WA.

We are seeking a self-motivated and customer-focused warehouse associate who thrives in a professional team environment.

This is a 40-hour work schedule from Monday to Friday, influenced by customer needs and order volumes. Key Responsibilities As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for : - Picking and packing orders in a safe and timely manner.

• Conducting quality inspections and packaging items for delivery routes. - Reviewing orders to ensure completeness and customer satisfaction.
• Operating equipment such as pallet jacks, forklifts, or dollies (position-specific). - Receiving and replenishing inventory as needed.

What You Need To Be Successful To succeed in this role, you should have : - High school diploma or equivalent. - Valid ID - Warehouse / production environment experience preferred - Ability to perform multiple tasks or focus on a single station.

• Reading and recognizing product variations. - Basic computer skills. - Ability to measure using devices preferred - Time management and customer service skills.
