Mid. Collection Manager (HUMINT Collection Manager)

Security clearance required TS / SCI with CI POLY or the ability to obtain CI POLY.

Job Requirements Desired experiences :

• 8 full-time years of experience in a strategic CI-HUMINT Collection Management role.
• 3 full-time years evaluating IIR's and providing critical thinking feedback to shape operations.
• 5 full-time years as an intelligence analyst in a Military Intelligence or IC role supporting CI, HUMINT, SR, or other sensitive / specialized intelligence activities.
• Knowledge of Intelligence Cycle, CI-HUMINT operations, and CI-HUMINT Collection Management.
• Advanced Microsoft 365 proficiency.
• Must have knowledge and experience with ICD 203, 206, 300, 501, 704, and 707.
• Must be able to perform other duties, responsibilities, and activities, as needed.
• Must be willing to undergo and successfully complete a CI-scope polygraph examination with No Deception Indicated on a pre-appointment and periodic basis.
