COMPENSATION : $21 - $23 / hour

Perform diversified duties to troubleshoot and / or maintain core home systems (i.e. HVAC, pool service, lock installation, septic systems, plumbing, electric, radiant heating systems, mechanics, etc.) as well as basic repairs to interior and exterior of home aesthetics (i.e. painting, dry wall repair, basic construction, etc).Moving equipment, appliances, furniture, etc.
Hot tub servicingRemoving items from home for disposalMaintain lawn, walkways, driveways, etc.Snow and leaf removalDiagnose problems, replace or repair parts, test and make adjustmentsPick up trashPerform regular preventative maintenance homesPerform a variety of plumbing, maintenance and carpentry functionsAssist housekeeping when neededProvide emergency / unscheduled repairs to homes and perform scheduled maintenance repairsRead and interpret equipment manuals and work orders to perform required maintenance and serviceDiagnose problems, replace, or repair parts, test, and make adjustmentsPerform regular preventive maintenance in homes and propertiesUse a variety of hand and power tools, electric meters, and material handling equipment in performing dutiesComply with safety regulations and maintain clean and orderly work areasPerform general maintenance / arrival audits prior to owner or guest arrivalsPerform general maintenance / departure audits upon owner or guest departureMaintain details records of service performed in all units, according to the daily timesheetCommunicate the completion and progress of assigned work ordersPerform maintenance as assigned by Management, including but not limited to audio / visual, electrical, basic plumbing, mechanics, and / or appliance repairParticipate in snow and ice removal around the managed properties and around the office as neededResponsible for tracking and upkeep of assigned tool inventoryResponsible for monitoring, tracking, and reporting credit card and purchase account usageRecord billable items and hours to be billed to guests and / or owners for work ordersEmergency on-call phone - all of team will be tasked with this responsibilityPlease note this job description is not designed to cover or contain a comprehensive listing of activities, duties, or responsibilities that are required of the Team Member for this job.
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS :
REQUIRED
Previous experience in a similar roleHigh School Diploma or equivalent2 + years’ experience in hospitality, property management, and / or management2 + years’ experience with electrical, plumbing, mechanics, and appliance repair, including but not limited to HVAC systems, radiant heating systems, and boiler systemsWorking knowledge of audio / visual, electrical, plumbing, mechanics and appliance repairProficiency in technology such as cell phones and basic computer skillsAbility to lift 75 lbs. and be active up to 85% of the work dayAbility to shovel snow when requiredAvailability to work weekends, holidays, late shifts (until 10PM in winter), and be on-callValid driver’s license with good driving record and 3+ years of driving experience (will be driving a company vehicle)Ability to pass pre-employment testing which may include drug testing and / or background screeningDESIRED
Experience with electrical, plumbing, mechanics, audio / visual and appliance repairHVAC CertificationExperience in the hospitality industryTo be eligible for employment, candidates for this safety sensitive position, must pass a pre-employment (5 panel non THC) drug test upon hire.
