Location : Dallas, TX, candidate will likely work out of Richardson as well. Onsite

• Building and supporting client hardware and software
• Responding to tickets
• Maintaining office technology
• Level 1 & Level 2 software support enterprise level
• Backend office MS Office Support
• MS Intune
• Active Directory
• Remote management
• Incident Request Management
