Job Summary
We are seeking an Office Manager to join our team. In this role, you will coordinate all administrative duties and office procedures, ensuring the workplace operates smoothly and efficiently. Your responsibilities will include scheduling meetings and appointments, maintaining office equipment, community liaison, phone calls, and writing correspondence . The ideal candidate is highly organized with excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to implement systems and procedures.
Responsibilities
- Answer incoming phone calls and route them to the appropriate person
- Schedule appointments and maintain a calendar
- Organize meetings and take accurate minutes
- Write emails, memos, and letters and distribute them appropriately
- Contribute to company reports
- Maintain an organized filing system
- Assist in Marketing
- Assist with HR
- Organizing Patients charts in their home
- Develop, update, and maintain relevant office procedures
Qualifications
- High school diploma / GED required, Associates degree or administrative training is preferred
- Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar position preferred
- Familiarity with standard office equipment such as printers and fax machines
- Excellent computer skills and knowledge of Microsoft Word, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize projects
- Valid driver's license
- Bilingual preferred (Spanish)
- Previous experience with home care (caregiver)
- Excellent time management skills and ability to prioritize multiple tasks
