Job Summary :

SimonMed Imaging is seeking a visionary Vice President of Product & Innovation to help shape the future of healthcare through cutting-edge technology. In this leadership role, you will define and drive our enterprise-wide AI and digital product strategy, leading the development, validation, and launch of transformative solutions that enhance imaging, streamline operations, and elevate the patient experience. You'll play a key role in ensuring every innovation is clinically sound, ethically implemented, and delivers meaningful improvements in patient outcomes, efficiency, and business performance.

Collaborating closely with the Chief Innovation Officer / Chief Medical Officer and working in partnership with the Vice President of Clinical Strategy and the Project Management Office, you'll bring ideas to life and scale them across our organization. Responsibilities :

• Develop and execute SimonMed's AI and product innovation roadmap, aligning with organizational strategy and growth goals.
• Act as the voice of the customer and market, ensuring all innovation aligns with patient, physician, and operational needs.
• Identify and prioritize high-impact AI and digital health opportunities across the care continuum - from detection to engagement.
• Serve as a key strategic advisor to executive leadership on emerging technologies, regulatory trends, and competitive positioning.
• Lead the full lifecycle of AI and digital products - from ideation, validation, and regulatory alignment to launch and scale.
• Define pricing strategies, revenue models, and P&L performance for AI-enabled products and services.
• Partner with clinical, operations, and technology teams to ensure seamless deployment and adoption of AI tools.
• Build strong collaboration with marketing and communications to ensure compelling storytelling, brand alignment, and market differentiation.
• Establish and track product performance metrics, including ROI, adoption, quality outcomes, and customer satisfaction.
• Create a culture of customer success, ensuring products deliver tangible value and exceptional user experiences.
• Integrate patient and provider feedback loops into product refinement and design.
• Champion the use of analytics and insights to inform decision-making, product-market fit, and growth strategies.
• Develop playbooks and enablement tools to support physician and patient engagement across new technologies.
• Partner with the Chief Marketing Officer to develop go-to-market strategies for AI and digital offerings.
• Collaborate with Physician Relations to create referral and education campaigns that promote adoption.
• Expand SimonMed's innovation ecosystem through partnerships with technology companies, academic collaborators, and startups.
• Represent SimonMed at conferences, panels, and strategic events to showcase thought leadership in AI and healthcare innovation.
• Build, mentor, and lead cross-functional teams in product management, AI integration, digital health, and innovation operations.
• Foster an agile, high-performance culture driven by data, accountability, and continuous improvement.
• Partner with HR and leadership to scale talent recruitment, onboarding, and development for innovation-focused roles.

Education and Experience :
