Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee all operations of the community, ensuring compliance with the standards set by the Owners / Board of Directors, Discovery Management Group, and all federal, state, and local laws.
• Communicate a customer-focused vision that prioritizes a resident-centered model of care.
• Develop and maintain relationships within the community to drive business growth while effectively pricing services to maximize revenue.
• Implement a strategic external business development plan that includes clear accountability and measurable goals for increasing referral leads and resident move-ins.
• Acquire in-depth knowledge of state regulations and ensure compliance within all community operations.
• Maintain all resident administrative records to ensure accuracy and compliance with regulations.
• Achieve financial targets to maximize returns for capital partners and ensure budgets are upheld.
• Manage diverse operational programs, including memory care, clinical care, dining, and activities.
• Create and monitor the community budget, striving to exceed revenue goals through optimal occupancy and pricing strategies.
• Analyze monthly financial statements and implement action plans to address any budgetary discrepancies.
• Control non-labor operating costs in accordance with budget expectations.
• Ensure timely submission of expense reports and budget data following company policies.
• Meet Net Operating Income (NOI) and occupancy targets consistently.
• Direct all departments, ensuring efficient operations that align with established financial goals.
