Global Downstream Marketing Lead For Remote Monitoring
At Medtronic you can begin a life-long career of exploration and innovation, while helping champion healthcare access and equity for all. You'll lead with purpose, breaking down barriers to innovation in a more connected, compassionate world.
A Day in the Life
Medtronic's Acute Care & Monitoring (ACM) business is focused on empowering clinicians with monitoring tools that deliver timely insights and improve patient care across hospital and post-acute settings. Within ACM, the HealthCast portfolio delivers intelligent patient monitoring through wearables, remote monitoring, analytics, and connectivity solutions.
As the global downstream marketing lead for Remote Monitoring, you will own the strategy, positioning, and execution for one of the most dynamic areas of the business. In this role, you will shape how Medtronic communicates the value of remote monitoring and analytics, develop programs that expand access and adoption worldwide, and help ensure data is transformed into insights that guide clinical teams in their decisions.
You will partner with colleagues in countries around the world, with other product categories across ACM, and with cross-functional teams to deliver programs that drive adoption, scale, and measurable impact for patients and health systems.
Why This Role Matters

This role ensures Medtronic leads the global conversation by shaping market demand, enabling adoption, and building evidence for the future of connected care. At Medtronic, we bring bold ideas forward with speed and decisiveness to put patients first in everything we do. In-person exchanges are invaluable to our work. We're working a minimum of 4 days a week onsite as part of our commitment to fostering a culture of professional growth and cross-functional collaboration as we work together to engineer the extraordinary.
