The Assistant Manager contributes to the day-to-day operations of our stores. They provide leadership in their customer service abilities by ensuring prompt, courteous and friendly service and customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to, supervising, training and development of Sales Associates, proficient ability & knowledge of cash register functions, store cleanliness & maintenance, assisting Store Manager with monitoring of internal compliance with Company Policies and Procedures, assisting in daily merchandising and operations procedures, as well as assisting the Store Manager in other duties as assigned. The Assistant Manager is essential in the fostering of a positive store culture and consistently treats all employees with fairness and respect. Assistant Manager applicants must be able and willing to work flexible shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays, possess a high school education or equivalent, be people- oriented, self-motivated, and customer focused. Previous management experience in retail or convenience industry is preferred.
