Job Title : Territory Manager
Reports To : Director of Sales, Americas
Position Overview
The Territory Manager is responsible for driving field sales and providing technical support within an assigned region. This role focuses on achieving or exceeding sales and profitability goals while promoting REMETs image as a trusted leader in the investment casting marketplace.
Territory Coverage : Texas, Oklahoma, Missouri, Florida, Georgia, South Carolina, Tennessee, and Mexico.
Key Responsibilities
- Sales Growth & Profitability
- Achieve or surpass sales volume and profitability targets in line with REMETs marketing plans.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective accounts to support long-term growth.
- New Business Development
- Identify, target, and secure new accounts by promoting REMETs product portfolio within the investment casting market.
- Account Coordination
- Collaborate with the National Accounts Manager on shared accounts.
- Take primary responsibility for binder, refractory, crucible, and other non-wax related products, ensuring alignment with the National Accounts Managers efforts.
- Initiate and / or support product or program development that strengthens REMETs position with customers.
- Technical Support
- Provide customers with technical application expertise and product recommendations to ensure satisfaction and foster growth.
- Territory Management
- Maximize sales productivity through effective planning, time management, and service activity management.
- Prepare accurate reports on sales activities, forecasts, account status, industry trends, and competitive insights to support decision-making.
- Ensure timely and accurate expense reporting in line with company travel policies.
- Professional Standards
- Uphold the highest level of business ethics and professionalism to reinforce REMETs reputation in the market.
- Collaborate with other Territory Managers, sales, and marketing personnel as needed to share product and market knowledge.
- Support special projects as assigned by senior leadership.
- Comply with all ISO 9001 procedures and REMETs documented Quality System, while understanding and promoting the companys Quality Policy.
Qualifications
Experience :Minimum 2 years of direct sales experience, or 35 years combined technical, operational, and / or sales experience in the investment casting industry.Direct operational or technical foundry experience is required.Experience with precision investment casting processes and applications strongly preferred.Skills :Strong interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Excellent communication, presentation, and organizational abilities.Ability to sell in a highly competitive market and manage complex customer needs.This position offers an opportunity to make a measurable impact on REMETs growth while representing a respected leader in the precision investment casting industry.
Compensation details : 85000-95000 Yearly Salary
