Job Description :

We are looking for flexible, reliable On-Call Caregivers to step in and provide care on short notice. This role is ideal for those with a flexible schedule who are ready to make a difference whenever the need arises.

Responsibilities :

Immediate Care Assistance : Provide personal care, companionship, and household support as needed based on client requirements.

Companionship : Offer meaningful social interaction, activities, and emotional support to clients.

Adaptability : Be prepared to adjust and perform a range of caregiving tasks based on individual client needs and circumstances.

Safety and Health Monitoring : Observe and report changes in client health and behavior.

Requirements :

Experience : Prior caregiving experience with flexibility for on-call shifts preferred.

Availability : Must be available on short notice for varying shifts.

Skills : Quick adaptability, strong interpersonal skills, and a proactive approach to care.

License / Certification : Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required.

Background Check : Completion of a background check and drug screening.
