Caregiver responsibilities include :

  • Providing companionship and conversation
  • Preparing and serving meals
  • Help with bathing and grooming
  • Light housekeeping and laundry
  • Shopping, errands, and transportation
  • Other duties as assigned

    • The ideal candidate will have :

  • Previous caregiving experience (preferred)
  • A passion for caregiving and a desire to help others
  • A commitment to being present and providing quality care
  • Empathy, patience, kindness and respect
  • Ability to carry out direction, both verbal and written
  • Ability to effectively manage the demands of the job

    • Pay Structure

    Now Hiring : On-Call Caregiver $18 / hr + Bonuses

    Join our team as an On-Call Caregiver and make a difference with flexibility, guaranteed pay, and premium weekend incentives!

    Pay & Perks :

  • $18 / hour for all hours worked
  • $3 / hour bonus for short-notice shifts
  • $50$100 / day availability pay (even if youre not called in)
  • 2-hour minimum pay if you work any part of a shift
  • Overtime + Double Time Pay when applicable
  • Weekend & holiday stipends available

    • Schedule :

  • Flexible weekday and weekend on-call shifts
  • Great for part-time caregivers looking for consistent extra income

    • Requirements :

  • Reliable phone access & availability during your on-call window
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
  • Compassionate attitude and professional presence
