Role Overview

As our Director of Marketing & Brand Strategy, you’ll lead both internal and client-facing marketing across Surroundings Group and Nautical Network. You’ll bring bold creative direction and sharp execution to grow brand visibility, drive high-quality leads, and expand our presence across luxury verticals like aviation, real estate, marine, and lifestyle.

This is not a mid-level role, it’s a cornerstone hire. We’re looking for a builder and leader who will own the success of our marketing strategy, shape how new brands go to market, and play a central role in our next stage of growth. You’ll start by rolling up your sleeves to lead key initiatives, then scale our marketing department and systems around what works.

What You’ll Own

Strategic Leadership & Team Oversight

• Lead and manage SG’s marketing department across internal and client campaigns
• Set and evolve the overall marketing vision in alignment with business growth goals
• Provide mentorship, direction, and clarity to creative and marketing team members
• Ensure delivery across all campaigns, on time, on brand, and on budget

Campaign Strategy & Execution
