Overview
The Chef de Partie at Restaurant Lilli is responsible for the consistent, precise, and creative execution of assigned mise en place and service for their station. This role requires mastery of fundamentals, an obsessive attention to detail, and a deep respect for ingredients, team, and guests.
You are joining a brigade built on mentorship, accountability, and excellence - every plate leaving the kitchen is a reflection of our collective pride.
Responsibilities
- Own all aspects of their section
- Daily mise en place and service
- Execute all assigned mise en place with precision, cleanliness, and sense of urgency
- Prepare and plate dishes according to Lilli’s recipes, presentation standards, and timing cues
- Maintain organization and readiness at the station during service - mise en place should be silent, sharp, and complete
- Uphold cleanliness and organization of kitchen stations at all times
- Communicate seamlessly with all other teammates
