NJM Insurance Group currently has an opening in our Contact Center for a First Notice Of Loss Associate where you will play an important role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with us by responding to their inbound calls. Formal in-house training is provided. This is a hybrid position which requires time in the office as well as at home.

Schedule : Monday to Friday (9 : 30am-5 : 45pm) and 1 Saturday a month (8 : 30am-4 : 30p)

Responsibilities

• Will serve as first contact for our customers who are reporting claims. This includes handling incoming calls and accurately processing information into the system for assignment to an adjuster.
• Provide exceptional customer service to customers who have experienced and auto or property loss
• Determine appropriate coverage and complete necessary follow-ups in a timely manner
• Efficiently navigate systems to access appropriate information to service callers
• Perform additional duties within the department, as needed

Requirements

Starting Rate : $43,887
