Job descriptionMaster’s degree in Counseling or related field Active New Jersey LAC license, in good standing At least 1 year of supervised clinical experience; forensic / correctional exposure preferred Ongoing supervision agreement with an NJ-approved clinical supervisor Strong communication and documentation skills Provide individual and group counseling sessions under licensed supervision Support risk assessments and treatment planning Assist with clinical documentation and case reports Participate in supervision, team meetings, and required trainings

Adelphi is seeking Licensed Associate Counselors (LACs) to provide supervised counseling services across multiple facilities in Burlington County, New Jersey. The ideal candidate will co-facilitate therapy groups, provide individual counseling under supervision, and support evidence-based interventions for clients in sex-offender treatment.
