Who We Are

NeuroFlow CEO and West Point graduate Christopher Molaro served in the army for five years, including a tour in Iraq as a platoon leader. Coming back home, he experienced firsthand the gaps in the behavioral health system and how veterans and civilians alike face too many barriers when it comes to receiving appropriate, timely care.

While pursuing his MBA at Wharton, Chris met his future co-founder Adam Pardes, and the two agreed – even the most engaging digital mental health apps in the world wouldn't truly change the problem; only a solution that systematically integrated behavioral health into the full healthcare ecosystem could create meaningful change. And so they created NeuroFlow.

Are you a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) with an active Pennsylvania license, seeking a flexible part-time opportunity where you can focus on delivering quality patient care—without the burden of administrative overload?

At NeuroFlow, we're on a mission to make mental health care more accessible and effective. We're currently hiring part-time LPCs (16–29 hours / week) to join our telehealth team—fully remote and paid at $55 / hour.

You'll be supported by a collaborative clinical team and empowered with tools that let you do what you do best : connect with patients and help them thrive.

What You'll Do

• Provide initial diagnostic assessments and treatment recommendations
• Create personalized, goal-driven treatment plans
• Deliver therapy to a diverse patient population entirely via telehealth
• Document in real time with easy-to-use EHR tools
• Participate in ongoing collaboration with our supportive clinical team
• Be available and engaged during scheduled hours—no on-call requirements
